Washington, DC -Today, Congressman Van Drew introduced the No Medicaid for Illegals Act which would block any federal Medicaid funding from going to illegal immigrants.

"Americans do not want their hard-earned taxpayer dollars going to people who are in this country illegally," said Congressman Van Drew. "This provision was stripped out of the Senate version of the One Big, Beautiful Bill by an unelected bureaucrat, so I immediately introduced this bill to make sure it still gets done. It is simple: this is an American program, paid for by Americans, and it should only benefit American citizens.
