  • Small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy, and they have been especially hard-hit by this pandemic. We have passed several pieces of legislation to include low-interest loans and the "Paycheck Protection Program" in which loans are forgiven if they are used to meet payroll, mortgage or rent, and utilities. To learn more about this program from the Department of the Treasury, please follow this link.

Localities impacted by this pandemic that are the population the size of Salem County are allocated resources from funds disbursed to the state that then go to the local government. We are working to ensure that funding is available to the county and will continue to advocate for proper apportionment from the state to you all.

On our website, we have a Coronavirus resource page with information from the CDC on everything from symptoms, and prevention to mitigation strategies. Please follow this link to learn more.

My office stands ready to assist in any way we are able. You can reach us online at: https://vandrew.house.gov or in the office at (202)225-6572.
