Last night, Congress held a moment of silence for the ten victims of the shooting that took place in Buffalo, New York. 

"I strongly condemn this heartbreaking attack on innocent lives in Buffalo, New York. My sincerest condolences go out to the families of the victims of this senseless shooting. The gunman responsible for this heinous act must be held responsible to the fullest extent of the law, and I hope that justice will be served."
